Job description
Period preferred will be from 13 February to 31 Aug 2025 – open for discussion to finalise the period/dates.
You will be supporting the Business Transformation team on:
- Customer/agent journey mapping
- Learn how to use and analyze with CX tools such as speech / text analytics / knowledge management system / quality management system / customer relationship management systems / survey management systems / contact centre management systems
- Assist on documentation related to Functional Specifications for CX Technology implementations for on-premise and cloud based solutions
- Participate as a contributor in projects related to CX
- Assist with pre-sales related tasks
- Potentially learn and observe the Project Management roles and tasks
- Mentorship with Project Managers and Consultants
